This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you interact with, or use any platforms, websites or other services of Finterion. registered in the Netherlands with Chamber of Commerce number 85043141.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:-“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
-“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
-“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Account Information. When you make a user account on the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your first name, last name, username, email, platform preferences. When you make a developer account in addition to a user account, we also collect your developer email and required corporate documents. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.
Purchase Information. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you,including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, payment data (credit card numbers and iDEAL information) and phone number.We refer to this information as “Purchase Information.” Finterion does not store credit card information on our servers, we use Stripe (stripe.com) to process payment data securely. Finterion does not get access to payment data.
Broker Information. When you connect a broker or exchange to your account,we collect the all required API key information, potentially including but not limited to your API secret key and API public key. We also collect information on your broker with your API key, including your available balance, orders and positions. We refer to this information as “Broker Information”.
Communication Information. When you contact Finterion through any means, including: email, our social media accounts, completing forms, we collect all information that is shared with us. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Account Information,PurchaseInformation, Broker Information and Communication Information.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Personal Information to operate, provide and improve the Finterion platform we offer our users. These purposes include:
-Enabling core functionalities of the platform, including: buying and selling licenses of trading bots, managing organizations,managing your account and managing automatic trading;
-Ensure that the trading bot can trade properly on your broker account, for example: checking whether you have enough assets on your broker account to enable automated investing, making orders;
-Evaluating the effectiveness of trading bots;
-Enact risk-management to protect you;
-Communicate with you;
-Comply with legal obligations, perform contracts and prevent harm;
-Screen our platform for potential risk or fraud;
-Enforce our terms, conditions and policies;
-When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, and;
-Other business purposes, including but not limited to: data analysis, identifying usage trends, managing (potential) business transfers, determining effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Site or Apps, products, services, marketing and your experience;
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
3. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Finterion does not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
4. SECURING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Finterion implements technical and organizational measures to keep your Personal Information safe. Finterion takes extra measures to protect critical data, like your API key and payment data. You should maintain steps to secure your own account, including: choosing a strong password only known by you and using our services only in a secure environment. Please note that the internet is not 100% safe and the usage of our services, Site and Apps is at your own risk.
5. BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. 8. RETENTION
When you make an account, place an order through the Site or connect a broker, we will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
10. CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
